Participants include:
MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd., headquarterd in British Columbia,
Canada, provides its customer with essential information for decision 
making.  Around the world, MDA is know as the information company that 
delivers essential information organizations need to make decisions. 

Responsibilities of MDA: 
project management, design engineering, software implementation, 
integration and testing.
Noranda Inc., founded by Ed Horne in 1922, is a
leading international mining and metals company with operations and 
offices in nine countries. 

Responsibilities of Noranda: 
providing data to support the system demonstration and to test 
the system.
University of Calgary is a comprehensive research university that, in its
short 36-year history, has grown to take its place among the finest 
institutions in Canada.

Responsibilities of University of Calgary: 
responsible for the Smart Information Gathering and Processing Engine
(SIGPE) and to develope the technology fro the subsystem.
University of Alberta, opened in 1908, has grown to be one of Canada’s
largest research-intensive universities.

Responsibilities of University of Alberta: 
responsible for the Geo-Related Information Server and exploration
applications.
Canadian Space Agency, is a federal oraganization established in 1989. 
It contributes to the development of the Canadian civil space 
industry by procuring business opportunities to local companies,
namely contracts from foreign space agencies such as the 
European Space Agency (ESA) and the American NASA. 

Responsibilities of CSA: 
provides guidance and consulting services in the implementation
of the hyperspectral image browser (HIBR) technology. 
Precarn Incorporated., a not-for-profit organization, is a national
consortium of corporations, research institutes and government
partners working within the intelligent systems (IS) industry. 

Responsibilities of Precarn: 
to be the contributor of the project.
